General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "you", "your") and heybaj ("heybaj", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the heybaj website located at https://heybaj.net, including all related gaming services, sports betting markets, casino products, promotional offers, and customer support facilities made available through the platform.

By creating an account, logging into the heybaj platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must not register an account or use the heybaj platform in any capacity.

heybaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, heybaj will provide notice to registered users via email or a prominent on-site notification. Continued use of the platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Interpretation

In this Agreement, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the heybaj website, mobile web interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and account management services.
• "Account" means the individual user account created upon registration, through which the User accesses all heybaj services.
• "Wallet" means the internal credit balance held within a User's Account, funded through approved payment methods.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed using funds from the User's Wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited to a User's Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by the User using an approved payment method such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to heybaj is strictly limited to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager on the heybaj platform. heybaj does not knowingly permit any person under the age of 18 to use its services, and any account determined to belong to a minor will be closed immediately with all funds confiscated.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all Users:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering for personal recreational use only.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through heybaj's own self-exclusion tools or through any applicable regulatory scheme.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of heybaj, or of any game provider or technology partner of heybaj, where such a relationship creates a conflict of interest.
• You must not use the platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting syndicate, arbitrage scheme, or automated wagering system without the express written consent of heybaj.

heybaj reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension.

Account Registration

To access the full range of heybaj services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account at heybaj. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Registration Information

During the registration process, you will be required to provide, at minimum, the following information:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Date of birth (confirming you are 18 years of age or older)
• A valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh
• A unique username and a strong password of your choosing
• The mobile wallet number or bank account you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals (e.g., your bKash or Nagad registered number)

You warrant that all information provided at registration, and at any subsequent point of account verification, is truthful and accurate. You agree to promptly update your account information if any detail changes. heybaj is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the User.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. heybaj strongly recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available to all registered users from within the account security settings. You must not share your username, password, or 2FA codes with any third party under any circumstances. heybaj will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify heybaj immediately at [email protected] and change your password. heybaj will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

heybaj supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for the Bangladeshi market. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash (mobile financial service)
• Nagad (mobile financial service)
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking)
• Upay (mobile financial service)
• Dutch-Bangla Bank (direct bank transfer)
• City Bank (direct bank transfer)
• BRAC Bank (direct bank transfer)
• Visa / Mastercard (international debit and credit cards)

Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers and card transactions may vary and are displayed at the point of transaction. heybaj does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which heybaj accepts no responsibility.

Deposited funds are credited to your heybaj Wallet in real time for mobile wallet transactions and within one (1) business day for bank transfer and card transactions, subject to the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution. heybaj reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before crediting any deposit that appears unusual or that triggers an automated fraud-prevention alert.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used to deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and financial fraud. heybaj processes standard withdrawal requests within 3–5 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers, subject to KYC verification status.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. heybaj may impose a maximum withdrawal limit per day or per transaction, which will be communicated to the User at the time of the withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests that exceed applicable limits must be split into multiple transactions across separate business days.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

heybaj offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing registered players. These include but are not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins packages, cashback offers, loyalty tier rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and the ICC T20 World Cup.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where applicable) must be wagered before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each offer is stated in that offer's individual terms, which are published alongside the promotion. Users should read offer-specific terms carefully before opting in to any bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Multiple accounts created to claim bonuses multiple times will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable and are used for wagering purposes only. Only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds — after meeting the applicable wagering requirement — may be converted to real money funds and withdrawn.
• heybaj reserves the right to set maximum bet limits while a bonus is active. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum bet limit while bonus funds are in play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games, sports bets, and certain other game types may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are specified in each offer's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated expiry window, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically.
• heybaj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, and to refuse or reclaim a bonus where it is determined that the offer was claimed in error or in breach of these terms.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the heybaj platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the spirit of fair play. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered Users at all times.

User Obligations

• You must keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times.
• You must use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial or professional gambling enterprise.
• You must ensure that your use of heybaj does not breach any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must notify heybaj immediately if you become aware of any technical error, fault, or malfunction on the platform, and you must not exploit any such error for financial gain.
• You must cooperate fully with heybaj's KYC verification process and provide all requested documentation within the timeframes specified.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information at registration or during KYC verification, impersonating another person, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one heybaj account for any reason, including to circumvent a bonus restriction, self-exclusion, or account suspension.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker-style or competitive formats.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, artificial intelligence, or any software designed to interact with the heybaj platform without human input, except where such software is expressly permitted in writing by heybaj.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or technical faults to generate artificially inflated winnings.
• Money Laundering: Using the heybaj platform as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other form of financial crime.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, obscene, or harassing language towards heybaj staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider after funds have been deposited and used for wagering.

Account Suspension & Closure

heybaj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Discovery that a User is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the User or a third party with legal authority to act on the User's behalf.
• Discovery that the User is subject to an existing self-exclusion order from another gaming platform, where heybaj is notified through a recognised exclusion scheme.
• Inactivity — accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant and may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure procedure, subject to applicable law.

Voluntary Closure

Users may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting heybaj support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any Real Money Funds remaining in the account Wallet at the time of closure will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion

heybaj provides self-exclusion tools that allow any User to voluntarily restrict or close their account for a specified period ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, the User will not be able to log in, deposit, or wager. heybaj will also make reasonable efforts to exclude the User from receiving promotional communications during the exclusion period. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, heybaj, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the heybaj platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, loss of profits, or loss of anticipated savings resulting from a technical fault, system outage, or communication failure.
• Any interruption to the platform caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, cyberattack, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or pandemic.
• Errors in odds, game results, or score feeds caused by third-party data providers, where heybaj acts in good faith upon the data received.
• Unauthorised access to a User's account where such access resulted from the User's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.
• Any decision by heybaj to void a bet, withhold a payout, or close an account in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

heybaj's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that User into their heybaj Wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Language & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of heybaj, you agree to first contact heybaj's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution. heybaj aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to submit to the dispute resolution process set out in any applicable regulatory framework.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with heybaj's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (each incorporated herein by reference), constitute the entire agreement between heybaj and the User with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
